Firefighters ask parents to learn the ABCs of water safety

There have been two drowning incidents in the valley this week. On Sunday a 2-year-old in Tempe nearly drowned after falling into a pool with no fence. And a 5-year-old boy in Glendale died Wednesday night after climbing over a fence.
