Sky Harbor travelers battle shutdown-related delays

Flights are about to get a little more complicated for travelers as the FAA is cutting air traffic by 10% at major airports including Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. FOX 10's Kenzie Beach caught up with travelers at the airport.
