Mesa ice cream shop gets high praise from Yelp

Novel Ice Cream near Macdonald and Pepper Place was named the top ice cream shop in America by Yelp. Novel is known for its stuffed ice cream sandwiches. They also have locations in downtown Phoenix and Peoria. Two other Valley ice cream shops cracked Yelp's top 100 list.
