Driver stops on freeway, causes chain-reaction crash

The Ohio Department of Transportation released video showing a driver in a red van stopping in the middle of a freeway after apparently missing an exit. In the video, as the driver sits in the roadway, waiting to cross over to the exit, a van smashes into the back of cars, causing a chain-reaction crash. The driver of the red van took off after the crash an exited the freeway.
