Power restored after major outage in Spain, Portugal

Power is returning to households in Spain and neighboring Portugal after a major outage left much of the countries in the dark on Monday. The blackout stopped subway, train systems and airports. It also cut phone services, shut down traffic lights and ATM's in both countries. Former FOX 10 reporter Steve Krafft is in Spain and joined AZAM to talk more about the power outage.
