Family of slain Phoenix lawyer says 'no thank you' to interview

A well-known Phoenix lawyer, James "Artie" Eaves, was reportedly shot outside his residence, with his brother Christopher Eaves now accused of first-degree murder. FOX 10's Kenzie Beach attempted to speak to their parents, but they're not ready to talk.
