MCCCD files lawsuit against county, treasurer

The Maricopa County Community College District has filed a $46 million lawsuit against the county and its treasurer. The lawsuit stems from a 2015 class action case, challenging how some property taxes were billed. FOX 10's Dominique Newland reports.
