Palisades Fire ravages homes, closes Pacific Coast Highway

More than 13,000 homes and businesses are threatened by the Palisades Fire burning in Los Angeles County. There are no reports of any reports of injuries, and officials don't know what started it. The fire began a few miles north of Santa Monica Tuesday morning, and within an hour, it quickly grew due to dry conditions and extremely strong winds.
