Arizona man accused of killing nearly 2 dozen cattle

The Navajo County Sheriffs Office says 38-year-old Joseph Gibbons was arrested after 22 cattle were found dead in Snowflake. A cattle rancher suffered a loss of more than $65,000 due to the dead cattle. Deputies say property owners cannot shoot livestock to prevent them from coming onto their property.
