Suspect arrested in Tempe hit-and-run that hurt teen

Vicente Diaz Castellanos, 48, appeared in court on Wednesday on two felony charges related to the hit-and-run crash. It happened Tuesday morning in Tempe near Broadway and Country Club as the girl was walking to school.
