AZ cerebral palsy group hosts Halloween fundraiser

A spooky car wash took place in North Phoenix on Halloween, and as FOX 10's Desiree Fluellen discovers, the event is a fundraiser for a group named United Cerebral Palsy of Central Arizona, with a goal of raising money for adaptive sports equipment.
