Buckeye school principal accused of luring

We are learning more about an investigation that resulted in a Buckeye school principal being placed on administrative. Per court documents, 42-year-old Joseph Kinney is accused of using a social media app called Whisper to talk to a teenage girl who was actually an undercover law enforcement agent.
