Dog running on I-17 as troopers try to catch it

A dog on the shoulder of I-17 in the Phoenix area caused traffic to come to a standstill on Saturday. The incident unfolded near I-17 and Peoria, and DPS troopers can be seen running around the freeway in an effort to catch the dog.
