Mesa hosts Juneteenth event 'Rooted in Resilience'

The first annual Juneteenth celebration hosted by Mesa, Mesa Community College and the Mesa-East Valley Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Committee commemorates America's newest federal holiday.
