Phoenix parents look to keep kids active and cool

A Phoenix neighborhood isn’t letting the extreme heat get in the way of kids' outdoor activities. Phoenix Parks & Recreation is teaming up with the Si Se Puede Neighborhood Association to add more free events to get kids out of the house. FOX 10's Kenzie Beach has the details.
