Driver seriously hurt in Buckeye I-10 crash

The Arizona Department of Public Safety says the driver of a tractor-trailer that was pulling two flat beds loaded with cargo lost control after a tire blew near Verrado Way. Traffic in the area was shut down, but it has been reopened.
