Newest member of Phoenix City Council sworn-in

Carlos Galindo-Elvira was appointed to District 7, taking over the seat for former Councilwoman Yassamin Ansari, who is running for the U.S. House seat being left vacant by Ruben Gallego. Galindo-Elvira is a former mayor of Hayden, Arizona.
