Neighbor speaks as father is arrested on suspicion of child abuse

A Buckeye man is accused of child abuse after a baby girl was hospitalized with severe injuries. A neighbor of the family speaks out, saying claims of abuse like this are beyond comprehension. FOX 10's Kenzie Beach has the story.
