Ex-Trump adviser Peter Navarro reports to prison
A last-minute appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court failed and now a prominent member of Donald Trump's inner circle is going to prison. Peter Navarro hoped he could stay out of prison while he appealed his contempt of Congress conviction, but Chief Justice John Roberts ruled against him. On March 19, Navarro begins his four-month sentence at a Miami prison. Navarro refused to go along with a Congressional subpoena that was investigating the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol.
