Arrest made in woman's hit-and-run death: MCSO

Jacob Moore, 20, turned himself into authorities in the death of 43-year-old Lisa Mancuso, who was hit by a vehicle while running near 7th Avenue and Cloud, the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office said. Moore is accused of manslaughter.
