Charges filed in deadly AZ bicyclist crash

Officials with the City of Goodyear say they have filed a criminal complaint in the West Valley city's municipal court against Pedro Quintana-Lujan in connection with a bicyclist crash in February 2023 that led to the death of two people. FOX 10's Ellen McNamara reports.
