Russ Skinner appointed new sheriff of Maricopa County

There's a new sheriff in town. Russ Skinner was appointed sheriff of Maricopa County on Feb. 8 by the board of supervisors after Paul Penzone stepped down last month. Skinner was already serving as interim sheriff and will be in office until the November election. FOX 10's Dominique Newland reports.
