Fog advisory issued for parts of Phoenix area

The National Weather Service issued a Dense Fog Advisory on Jan. 22 as some parts of the Valley are covered in fog. The advisory is scheduled to expire at 9 a.m. FOX 10's Danielle Miller reports.
