Driver speaks after crash sends semi into canal

The crash, which happened in the area of 51st Avenue and Osborn Road in Maryvale, sent a semi-truck into a canal in the area. Police officials said they have yet to determine who was at fault. FOX 10's Irene Snyder reports.
