Woman gives birth to twins in different years

Twins share so many things. Some share looks and personalities, and they usually share the same birthday. However, one set of twins in New Jersey will not be sharing the same birthday. In fact, they won't even be sharing the same birth year! Reporter Jennifer Joyce has the reason why.
