Arizona doctor talks fireworks safety as NYE approaches

New Year's Eve means lots of parties, lots of fun and lots of loud noises. That can sometimes include fireworks. FOX 10's Irene Snyder spoke with a doctor who knows first-hand how dangerous fireworks can be.
