How shutting down border railroads can ease migrant surge

U.S. Border authorities have closed two railroad bridges between Texas and Mexico. It comes after CBP reported a surge in migrants smuggled by train. FOX's Mills Hayes has more from Eagle Pass where thousands of migrants are still arriving each day.
