Hobbs calls on Biden to reassign National Guard

Arizona Gov. Katie Hobbs will visit the border Dec. 9 in Lukeville where unprecedented numbers of migrants continue to arrive. And she's calling on the White House to reassign National Guard members to help get the port of entry reopened.
