Gilbert to consider fee changes

The Gilbert Town Council is considering adopting a couple of fee changes and wants to hear from residents. The first change would be a fee increase for hiring off-duty police officers. The second fee change would be for a new structure for public record requests containing video recordings from law enforcement.
