Maricopa Co. judge questions jury summons dodgers

To some, getting a jury summons is not a positive thing, but juries are also a very important part of our legal system. On Oct. 20, a judge in Maricopa County sent a message to anyone thinking of skipping jury duty. FOX 10's Brian Webb reports.
