Prada designing NASA spacesuits

Engineers with renowned fashion firm Prada are working with a company to design new spacesuits for NASA, with an aim for a product that is more flexible, comfortable, and protective against the lunar surface. While it may seem unusual to choose a luxury Italian fashion brand for the job, Prada is described as a leader in sustainability, engineering and manufacturing.
