Man accused of shooting driver on Phoenix freeway

The shooting happened on the morning of Aug. 26 near Interstate 17 and Table Mesa Road. A driver called police saying someone shot at him and that a bullet hit his car. The driver was not hurt. Police later found the suspected shooter near 25th Street and Greenway Road and took him into custody.
