Latest on Hurricane Hilary as it picks up speed near the West Coast

FOX 10's Cory McCloskey and Marissa Sarbak have the latest on Hurricane Hilary as Arizona expects to be hit by the storm with rain and very high wind gusts. Although the hurricane has been downgraded to a Category 1, it's picked up speed.
