24/7 Phoenix cooling center helps those in need

As Arizona continues to deal with a historic heat wave, dozens of cooling centers have opened in the Phoenix area for people in need to escape the heat. However, for people who don't have a cool place to sleep at night, there is only one place in Phoenix that is open 24 hours a day. FOX 10's Nicole Garcia reports.
