Samsara hookah bar lounge, restaurant and bar opens in downtown Phoenix

A new hookah lounge restaurant and bar is now open in downtown Phoenix. It's called Samsara and it's located at the former Bliss Rebar property. FOX 10's Lindsey Ragas has more.
