Smoke, flames, explosions: Latest on Tempe fire

Neighbors at the apartment complex say they were very frightened by the scene that broke out on the afternoon of June 14 in Tempe. Firefighters say the wind was a factor in what caused the flames to spread to several units. FOX 10's Stephanie Bennett has more.
