Every day, utility workers in Arizona put on rubber gloves and get to work. It’s an important job especially during monsoon season to keep the lights on. FOX 10's Steve Nielsen learned how a team tucked away in an SRP building makes sure all those rubber gloves actually do work at keeping workers safe.
