Smoke from Mesa mulch fire lingers

The Maricopa County Air Quality Department has issued CTS Greenwaste Recycling an order of abatement to extinguish the Mesa mulch fire immediately. Failure to comply may results in a penalty of up to $10,000 per day of non-compliance. FOX 10's Lindsey Ragas reports.
