Mesa mulch fire contained, but impacting the air

The Mesa mulch fire near Elliot and Sossaman roads that broke out last week is now contained, however air quality near this fire is at a moderate level, according to Maricopa County's air quality map. FOX 10's Lindsey Ragas has the latest.
