Flotation devices installed at Tempe Town Lake

Officials are halfway done installing flotation rings all around Tempe Town Lake. This comes a year after a man drowned, and the actions of the officers involved in the incident drew national attention and now a lawsuit. FOX 10's Steve Nielsen reports.
