Hit-and-run suspect arrested for DUI, assault

Phoenix Police say 30-year-old Benjamin Liano collided with a car on the frontage road of Interstate 17 near Indian School Road. Three young girls who were injured in the crash were hospitalized. Investigators believe impairment was a factor in the crash.
