Phoenix Police release video showing suspect firing at helicopter

Police say the suspect, Charles Rock, robbed a bank near 7th Street and Thunderbird on April 20. He then began firing into the air, toward a police helicopter, forcing it to land. A sergeant in an unmarked truck who was driving by fired from inside his truck, hitting the suspect. Rock was taken into custody. No officers were hurt.
