Neighbor's home struck with bullets after police shooting in Scottsdale

"It's really hard to swallow that my daughter's bedroom has holes underneath the window now," a father said. "I heard people yelling and what I heard was them trying to yell commands at the guy. When I came out of my house, I saw two police officers just sitting in my street, low rifle ready, yelling at somebody."
