AZ schools chief Tom Horne calls for return of SROs at Phoenix Union High School District

Horne held a news conference on the issue of school security a day before officials with the Phoenix Union High School District are set a meeting on whether or not to reinstate SROs at its campuses. The school district decided to not re-new an agreement with Phoenix for SROs in 2020. FOX 10's Lauren Clark reports.
