Phoenix honors downtown ambassador who was hit and killed by a car

Phoenix's Street Transportation Department unveiled a new sign in Downtown Phoenix on April 11 in honor of a Downtown Phoenix Ambassador who was hit by a car while riding on his bicycle. FOX 10's Lindsey Ragas reports.
