Suspect shot, killed man who was checking his mail in Chandler, police say

Police say a suspect accused of shooting and killing a man in a Chandler neighborhood has been arrested. According to police, officers responded to a shooting just before 5 p.m. on April 3 near Hunt Highway and Cooper Road and found a 58-year-old man who had been shot multiple times. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The man was not identified.
