Lori Vallow case: Judge holds hearing to define who qualifies as a statutory victim

As the Lori Vallow trial approaches, Judge Steven Boyce held a hearing to define who qualifies as a statutory victim. Vallow's defense argued that Kay Woodcock, the grandmother of JJ Vallow is not his grandmother due to JJ being adopted by her brother Charles Vallow several years ago, saying she should not be allowed in the courtroom outside of her testimony. The prosecution is expected to call on Kay as a witness and argues she should be allowed in the courtroom for the entire trial, not just her testimony.
