Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs appoints former judge to review execution procedures

Gov. Hobbs has named former Federal judge David Duncan as a commissioner of the Death Penalty Independent Review, and in his position, Duncan will look at how lethal injection drugs were obtained and used in executions. While the review is underway, Attorney General Kris Mayes said her office will not seek to execute prisoners on death row.
