Driver dead in HAZMAT crash that shut down parts of I-10, forced evacuation and shelter-in-place orders

Authorities in the Tucson area issued evacuation and shelter-in-place orders for different parts of the city as a result of a deadly crash that led to a HAZMAT situation involving leaking nitric acid.
