Downtown Phoenix residents shaken after police shooting

A manhunt is underway for a suspect accused of shooting a Scottsdale police sergeant in downtown Phoenix on Friday, Jan. 6. “I live right next door, so immediately when I hear the gunshots, I walk out 15 seconds later,” a neighbor said. "I just looked outside, and yeah, a lot of guns being pointed, people running.”
